Qualifying for Assistance

In order to qualify for assistance in CAP's Education Law program, you must meet our financial eligibility criteria as set out below. However, we do consider some extenuating circumstances, so if you have any questions about your potential eligibility, please speak to us directly.

Financial Eligibility

The financial eligibility criteria are as follows: your primary source of household income is from one or more government support programs, OR your total gross household income falls below the program's financial cut-offs:
